Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day the package is delivered. Returns that are shipped back after the 14 -day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address. Any returns after the 14-day return policy is subject to a restocking fee of 20% and/or rejection.

For defects and wrong shipped items, the customer must contact us by email to cs@adrianvernon.com within 14 days. Such emails should include the date of purchase and photographic evidence. In any such cases, we will provide a return label to you to have the defective/wrong item(s) shipped back to us.

The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL or FedEx. Due to long delivery times, we do not accept any local Postal Service.
Any returns subject to applicable customs charges will be covered by the buyer - either by invoice or deducted from the original refund. In order to offer faster refunds, we recommend selecting the option of "the sender" paying for all customs duties.

All returns must be in their original condition as was the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, box, or dust bag. We have the right to refuse returns if the product(s) have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced.

Any agreed upon refunds will be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 5 business days of received and approved returns.
